That would be some really substandard heuristic then, since every single properly coded application running on a modern day os separates user data from program files.

Ah, you slipped through my forum search. I'm definitely going to do some digging to find out what exactly some of not so obvious the settings do. However, I just got Civ5 a few hours ago, so excuse me while I try to make myself familiar with some of the changed concepts. :P
