Does anyone actually use this promotion on any of their offensive units? I play regularly at prince level and I've found that this promotion is more useful for city defending units. If a unit with drill promotion is attacked does that mess up the combat odds? How would it work out...

Yea, I've tried using Nationalism but whenever I want to draft units out of my city the "Draft" button is greyed out even though my cities have very high population. Don't know why... (This is when playing on Warlords, but I never get this problem on vanilla civ4)

I don't know about Louis being a backstabber but Ragnar and Hannibal always seem to attack me even when "pleased".
