This used to happen 3 or 4 patches back and I had not seen it since but it popped up today. Effectively you spawn on top of or unnaturally close to City-States while they are still settlers. I know they fixed the bug last time so hopefully they will again.

Finally got a full Peaceful Domination Victory with English Eleanor. Been tying that forever.

Just an odd idea that hasn't really been implemented. Every 10 turns all cities following Georgia's religion will pulse with Religious Pressure at X00%. She could be like the Eleanor of religion.

Huge buff to Peaceful Domination Eleanor. 25% bonus to loyalty pressure on foreign cities you culturally dominate. One of the hardest things for her to do is not win by Culture before she takes the last couple capitals. This should help immensely. Also, that Mayan builder addition is fantastic!

I think I'm most excited about this Civ just because by playing it you will become more acutely aware of planning for eurekas which can only help all of your other games' efficiencies on subsequent games with other Civs.
