And your units need to return to within your borders to 'learn' the embark skill once you acquire it

I've played Civ since Civ I - enjoyed Civ III the most - never really got into Civ IV - the first expansion, not the second. One of the reasons I didn't get into IV was that my PC could barely run it - lousy graphics card. I knew that CiV was coming out and I reordered a week or so before...

Possibly a notification issue? The game ends too abruptly. Attack the final capital and you don't even get to see it fall to your troops. The game just comes an abrupt ha....

I don't like complaining BUT I really hate how abruptly this game ends. I'm attacking the last capital and I don't even see it fall to my tank and I'm KICKED out of my game and the splash screen is shown. It's more like a punishment for winning, than a reward. Grrr.

Almost a movie. Now if you could film it in 3D... You'd have a summer blockbuster. Morgan Freeman as your president. Bruce Willis as your on-ground military leader.
