    Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, STEAM, quite possibly the worst thing ever, won't let me log in. Says my account doesn't exist even though I can log in from a browser. What a joke. :mad:

    I just put in the disc and it installed a program called STEAM. Well when I click Steam is says "cannot connect to the steam network, try again later" and then quits... Why do I have to connect to steam? I bought a disc, why can't I just install the game?? Anyone know how to fix this?

    Civ IV doesn't compare to Civ III

    I think its a fun game overall, and like the 3D. However I agree that some aspects of Civ 3 are better, like the Civlopedia and some icons. Also, I don't think that anyone has mentioned the loss of many units and Civs from C3C. No more Cruisers, AEGIS Cruisers, Nuke Subs, Cruise Missiles...
