It wont last you might get a good season this year but you wont do it consistently.

Germany would have won. America couldn't have invaded. Britain would have crumbled. Africa wouldn't be feasible unless they plan on sending troops from America to Africa to invade. The shear amount of troops Germany would have had guarding Europe would make an invasion allot more difficult.

Soviets would have won the war. If America had never fought in any war like that it would be interesting to see what would have happened in the cold war. America may not have won because the Soviets would take all of Europe and Americas army pre WW2 was tiny.
