Thanks Buz! I put in a couple of hours to try this and nothing, didn't fixed the problem. Went ahead and disabled all the mods and bam, i'm back up. Only bad thing is that any saved games i have already started with a mod are trash now. I'm assuming the mods are causing the issue. Maybe it might...
