How about quickfix for 1.74h? seems there is some of us who cant advance in our games cause of this...seems like its fixed in new betas, could we get it for 1.74h aswell?

While installing latest patch(1.74c) had an error at the end of installation, sayd that "an error has occured during installation". I did run it as administrator(win7/64bit). I manually extracted the files to desktop and moved them to correct folder and overwritted the older files, and I have...

Well I moved the folder back so that i wont break anything, but yes theres the option when creating new game - was just asking is it possible to change this culture thing on a game that is already going.
