You are wise! Most people just dont get how bad this game can bog down. Its a combination of map size and how many civilzations your using to how much horse power your computer has.

I cannot take credit for the original earth map. That was designed by Rhye. I took it and have been enhancing and tweaking gameplay with it. I also converted it to BTS. Rhye deserves FULL credit for original design!!!

I also really hope they bring back ModEditing like they had in Civ 3. Im not a big fan of the Civ 4 Modding! I like how Civ 3 had an editor. What do people know about Civ 5?

Ive found some minor bugs. I will be updating and fixing map later today. Nothing serious.

Try uninstalling your Civ 4 and Warlords. Also make sure you delete all folders under Program Files that pertain to Civ 4!! Then reboot and reinstall Civ 4 and Warlords and also patch them. Intall Civ 4 1st and patch it and reboot and do the same for Warlords. This should fix your problems...

All the black Civs were where I placed the Barbarian States!! All major 18 Civ's all playable. Example... Spain, England, China...ect!!!
