Ouch, I missed that too. Thank you so much for mentioning the version 3.19. Ok, so I will delete everything, and start over. Install Civ 4, then BTS, then find the 3.19 patch somewhere, and then load in the ROM:AND files I am downloading from JosEPh_II. I will give it a shot and report back...
