When I launched I got the "loading" splash screen for 1.5 seconds and then that was it. Understandable that it failed to launch with no ini file. I'd suggest that your ini file was there somewhere, but the shortcut was not correct. Did you do a search for the ini file itself?

I'm trying to enable the logging but the config shortcut can not find the ini file, a search reveals it does not exist on my harddrive. Any ideas?
