Please, use the Civ3FlcEdit.exe instead of Civ3Flc.exe. Point is that Civ3Flc is an old utility and it cannot work with latest version of GraphX.DLL, included in the latest pack. :)

My old dream - an airship. Like one made long time ago by embryodead, but more advanced. This airship should have at least arrows attack and possible it's better to have cannon attack too (for upgrade). I think that such unit will be very useful for fantasy mods! :)

Please, download the latest version of the Civ3MMToolkit v1.0 (~2,2 MB): http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads9/Civ3MMToolkit_v1.0.zip and try to reinstall all again... ;) Point is that the graphx.dll is part of installation pack.
