Thanks! Never really assumed that embarked units have amphibious attack ability. I know there is one special civ unit, but I cannot build them. Of course these cities are not important, but I want to finish off that civ. Just to see more accurate values as "worst" in "Demographics".

Hello guys. There is one question that brought me here. Is there any way to disable building sea bases? I've looked at configuration files but found nothing. It would make sea battles and invasions way more funny. Regards
