I just installed CivIII and had the skewed screen @ startup. from reading around here it seemed that the easiest temp solution was to run in compatability mode. I ran it the test and it came up fine in win98/SE mode. GREAT! I thought. Ahh. but then I chose "always run in this mode" or...
