I figured since an AI city I was attacking was culture level four, it wouldn't autoraze despite being 1 population. Is it the case that culture doesn't have an affect on this mechanic?
Just started a game as Russia. Do the barbarians spawn new units, or am I being attacked by the same invisible units every turn (they rarely are defeated, they just retreat)? How can I see them so I can attack them?
Does the AI get stability bonuses on higher difficulty levels? Played a lower-difficulty game to test something out and was shocked at how easily the AIs are getting upended.
If thirty seconds is too long for you, long enough to complain for a patch to fix it, then it must be pure torture for you to watch TV, with three minute commercial breaks!
My current Civ III game has AI turns of about an hour and five minutes. It doesn't really bother me. Grow up.

As far as the changes made to the naval system, maybe remove the ability for submarines to bombard the land? As Germany, it is a pain that the British submarine fleet is tasked solely with bombarding your Dutch, Belgian, and French conquests to size-one cities full of redlined troops.

I am encountering a problem with the No-Raze Patch (screenshot attached) and was wondering if anybody knows what I should do. The normal C3C works fine. Three different sources for the Patch have produced this exact result. Yes, I have tried both the Complete and the Regular versions.
