I have the same issue. One my laptop sometimes it just closes.

I had the same issue with DX11, and with DX12 the game could never load

Culture Bomb won't affect a tile with a district on it. Poland works great with R&F, culture bomb can decrease loyalty on the oponent too. But do have to be cautious where you build cities, you can't just put a city right next to your opponent and far away from your cities just to culture bomb them

And if you are alied with Persia you won't be able to join the war too

I always start with the monument, thinking of expanding borders faster, but I may have problems with military at the beggining of the game

I was having this issue on my actual game, will see if it was resolved

I'm having a simmilar issue. Tebas was conquered from Egipt by Arabia. Arabia declared war on me, and on the peace agreement they gave me Tebas, It was traded, not conquered by me, so I had no cede city option. Now the city shows occupied and I can't get rid of it
