I extracted the Extra Civs archive into my Civilization 4/Beyond The Sword/mods folder but the extra civilizations aren't showing up. Is there something else I need to do in order to get them to work?

None of the module packs are available on Filefront; would it be possible to get them hosted somewhere else?

I also keep crashing in the early part of the game. I've attached the save of the game I'm having trouble with; the crash occurs within two moves. I installed both patches as well without any luck.
