    Thanks danknerd. I haven't noticed the distance from islands things but perhaps the game only counts walking distance, no idea :) As for the wealth, yeah, that's not one of mine so that needs to be modded into the mod that adds this behaviour anyway but the action should be given more weight...

    @dfn: This mod does not change the size of the maps, it simply reduces the number of civs so that all players have space to expand.

    Just to point out that if you used my code for modifying movement, our mods*will* conflict and both will increase the movement by 1 in turn, resulting in moves of 4 for most units :)

    Ok, due to popular demand, I've increased the density of cities to 1 city per 4 tiles (instead of 1 city per 6 tiles). See how this works out.

    Soma, I'd like to but some things seem to only be set global variable (such as the distance of cities). Possibly I might be able to change it on the fly via LUA, but I don't know LUA :) On the other hand, a lot of settings are already tied to the world-size, such as culture loss, science costs...

    If you modify a leader trait, then you will not see the changes until you start a new game. Loading a previous game will use the leader trait as it was when the game was setup.
