If I remember correctly, you can not choose production order for puppet cities, and it has a red chain under the name of the cinty.

The city in the picture you attached is not a puppet, is a annexed city.

I am a big fan of 1UPT, that's perfect, I love this game! I start playing Civ from Civ 2, and I definitely believed that Civ 5 is in a right direction.

nice. But you can use the two GS to reach steel at turn 40-42, and you don't need that much RA two, what do you think. I mean a longsword man rush at 40 turns.
