Babylonians 20-3=17 I can't help but notice the people voting off European civs for being concentrated into one area of the world have no problem with other crowded areas of the world. In light of this I thought I'd help remedy this (after all, the three Greek civs are close to this area too)...
To be honest, it seems completely op. No other civ has the option to nullify a victory type. Imagine playing a game with random civs as Alexander; obviously you're going for a domination victory, but you can't because one of the random civs is Switzerland.
Babylonians 27
Byzantines 9
Carthaginians 9
Dutch 6+1=7 Fine, you hate the addition of European civs no matter how important they are, but why is the Netherlands less important than the Portuguese? Sure they were known for exploration and their navy, but there were also a fair number of Dutch...

Babylonians 29
Byzantines 9
Carthaginians 12
Dutch 8+1=9 I don't get why people hate Europe. If a nation is accomplished, than it is accomplished.
Ethiopians 21
Hittites 17
Incas 29
Indonesians 8-3=5 Would love to see in game, but less important than the Netherlands.
Iroquois 13
Khmer 20...
Assyrians 17
Babylonians 26
Byzantines 16
Carthaginians 14
Dutch 17+1=18 If you are going to down-vote saying there are higher priorities, show how they are the least priority in this list. They aren't. I've already given plenty of reasons on why this is a top tier civ. It doesn't matter...
Armenians 7-3=4 Same as before
Ashanti 18
Burmese 16
Nubians 3
Phoenicians 19
Swahili/Kilwa 12
Tibetans 20+1=21 I do not want my games to be told what to do by China. It's an interesting culture and deserves to be in game.
