I'm working on a mod (Star Trek) slowly and I've got an idea for resources.
The basic idea is that everythign will be desert, but I would like to place resources out in "space" (desert) Anyway, when I automate a worker it will connect the resource first and then covers the area with roads...
That sounds good. If you have culture that extends we'll say 10 squres into enemy territory and you go to war, you get defensive bonus perhaps. Or the city's in the cultural area of yours lose some defence points and are easier to cap.
