Can anybody help me? I'm running Win98SE, have plenty of RAM and disk space...750 mhz

Hi! I installed my C3C (the editor worked fine)and did the copying art around, and I added patches: Civ3Conquests v1.22, C3PTW v1.27, C3C Edition, and C3v1.29. But, when I tried to open the game, I get this error:Civ3Conquests This program has performed on illegal operation and will be shut...

Krikkitone's solution worked! I did not need to uninstal/reinstall it, but I followed the yellow brick road the rest of the way HOME! YES!! Thanks!! (I should've tried it sooner!)

Ivan the Kulak...I'm running Win98SE. I'll try copying the files as well. I did download the patch 1.22 and it didn't solve the editor problem.

Did you find a solution for your C3C editor? I have the same problem and have not been able to get it working. I've talked to live tech and they too are baffled. Great, huh! Please let me know.

I just purchased C3C and I am having the same problem with Conquest Editor. Have you had any luck yet? It all seems to be where it should be, but the editor doesn't recognize it. I can open Civ3 editor, but not ptw or conquest.
