It looked protect bugged. I mean it is protected file in your CD. For example: If you burn other copy of Civ4 then install it and you will get error like that! OR Otherwish it is uninstall bugged

You need remove 32 meg Radeaon 7500C and buy new one like Radeon 9800XT or better!
