Now that I am busy with work/school again, hardly play Civ3 but try to keep up with the games run by, played by Sirian. Sorry to hijack your thread, but RB Civ3 site is still down for, what happened or is it a new site? Keep playing, love to read about your reasoning and your argument...

Very good post Architect! I enjoyed it enough to forward the link to a few friends who has started playing Civ3. They are at Monarch, but getting good habbits early never hurt. :goodjob:

Yeah, I have glanced at them. The score farming at GOTM hall of fame have turned me off this things. I enjoy a well-played game but not the score-mongering. I might give Epic 3 a shot...it looked quite tempting. Depnds on how we do with the attempt at the Emperor in EverQuest, another...

I'll try download that tile-counting program and see what is says. I am game with either Domination or Conquest, would be quite satisfying to try the only Victory I have never managed yet, Conquest. I guess we have to start disbanding cities when we get close to the Domination threshold?
