I probably should build roads early on, but i never do until i can't pay for my city improvements like temples and i am about to go completely broke

I agree, aircraft carriers are a big pain. So,don't build them, air bases around the world for me.

Yes you can attack the city from the ship, but the city more likely has city walls than it has a coastal fortress so I just use a battleship. Then I have three riflemen from a transport who can instantly capture the city from the ship once the battleship does its work.:) I have city that...

Personally, I can't stands the Indians. Gandi the peacemaker? Not in this game. His demands of tribute are always outrageous. Your rightful land? Whatever! Plus the Indians always do those little things like sabotage and forming pacts against my civ. Just wait until I have plenty of solar...

I have noticed that Shakespeare's theater does the same thing sometimes (city will have unhappy people) and I do not know why.:confused:

I rarely conquer the world during the earlier ages unless i am going for the conquer-the-world to get a lot of points but you can't get as many points that way as the future tech-spaceship way. I don't like the units--too slow, AI's cities all have city walls. I am to busy building caravans...

I recently downloaded Shadowdale's hof game, it was awesome but how did he get cities of 90 with a ton of hunger? Could anyone tell me how to get that big of cites?

Hey how can you get cities of 90 with a bunch of hunger? I downloaded Shadowdale's game and all his cities are huge. The largest I can get are around 35, does anyone know?
