Unlike other languages Hebrew was frozen for two thousand years. The Jews adopted the languages of their localities and Hebrew was only a liturgical language, holy and frozen. Only in the late 19th century it was revived and modernized. So it's really not that different.

Israel has to be on the list. Even if you ignore army and reserve forces sizes, air force size, the high-tech centered economy, space capabilities etc, etc, you have to include us merely for the amount of mayhem we are capable of making. :)
