    Yes, this is what I mean. It was supposed to be fixed in the latest patch but I played multiple games with Poland and it happened in each one.

    I haven't had it not happen since the new patch. Every game I found a religion my apostles start running out fast until they have no options left.

    Maybe they can throw it in the same patch as the fix for breaking the promise to move away from their borders. :) When you have open borders with an AI and are inside their territory, or otherwise have no way to avoid being near their borders as you move by them to get away, it isn't breaking...

    Permanent +5 diplomacy boost with all civs, including the AI you liberated it from, (maybe not those you haven't met yet?) that doesn't decrease for the rest of the game.

    They seem to be found in clusters to me. I often will have either multiple copies of a strategic or zero, which is frustrating because you should at least be able to find a spot to get iron or horses early on if you prioritize it. Hopefully they will bring back the strategic balance option...

    I only read about half of this, but between that half and the bug report thread, I haven't seen anyone mention this: Post-winter patch, my apostles still run out of promotions, and it actually seems like they start running out even earlier than before. Anyone else still having this issue...
