Yes, but the WC's embargoes kill off your economy instantly, and you also need routes to save your cities by food, etc. Honestly though, I can barely keep my economy. It jumps up and down all the time.

Realyn, you should definitely update the game and verify its game cache. That should help.

Already asked, but... could someone please make a list of ALL civs that had ANY changes in BNW? ANY CHANGES! Minor, big, doesn't matter. I'd just like to know.

I'd choose Warlord. Really, Settler makes the game boring. Warlord is not like King or Prince, but it is spicy enough to give you an understanding of the game. (I had my first game of Civ IV and Civ V both on Warlord. No regrets!)

Sorry for the ULTRA late reply, but I actually got it as a gift (traded for 6 DOTA 2 keys) and got the RoW edition. Activated on June 18, if that matters. Got the download on July 2. (really unexpected) I got it literally hours or so after the patch was released, so maybe they disabled it later.
