    Number of AI Trade Routes

I am yet to ascertain that this is the issue from Communitas 3.17, but prior to adding CET and CEG 3.17 to the list of mods that I've been using for a while now, this has not happened before. So the AI apparently has literally dozens of trade units available to them even in ancient era; the...

Latest Release -- 3.17 (Time Capsule)

Not too sure if this has been reported before... But with CEG 3.17, the AI seem to have access to dozens of trade units. In the ancient era. In the first game I got going, the Japanese have 8 different caravans trading with my cities...

    Going Tall - attracts warmongers?

This does work often if you have the resources to prod them in the other direction while you build strength. The downside, of course, is that it is quite possible for the warmonger to eat the other guy successfully and become biiiig. Then they'll be wanting to eat you.

    Improving 1UPT

I think I still prefer to use a mod that allows for a small sized stacks in every tile... three seems to be the number i like. Though, I'd be also be interested in that army system where you throw in different unit types, too. Could be used to encourage melee/range diversity...

It should be possible to ignore the world congress/UN at a diplomatic cost

Didn't the UN from Civ 4 allow players to defy a resolution at a severe diplomatic penalty? That is, the parties that voted for the resolution would declare war on the resolution-defying party.

Increasing Barbarian Aggressiveness (Specifically to Attack Cities)

It is likely that the increased odds against the city makes the barbarian AI more likely to attack the city. But, they never do take the city... even a bare city without walls is too strong for barbarians.

    What is the coolest-looking UU?

I like Hwachas. Though the attack animation could be a bit better.

So I heard the AI likes building UUs

LOL. Korea. The size of their fleet and the captial scares me. I wouldn't go sailing anywhere near that place if I was at war with Korea, not even with frigates. It'd probably get sunk trying to get into those ocean tiles.

    Barbarians don't attack unescorted settlers

Great god, about time someone reported this. I forgot to do this myself, too busy playing the game(cough)... then I suddenly remembered and came here to see if anybody reported this already. I don't have a savefile, but I can confirm this happened in every single bloomin' game I've played thus...

    Real World Map Collection

It is hard to put all the intricate details of a natural terrain onto a hex grid map! I personally keep a satellite view of the actual terrain I'm doing in the background, so I can switch between WB and that to make the most direct comparison possible. Still, with the map size constraints...

    Real World Map Collection

@Omega_Kabob: I see you've already looked at the map dimensions. I tend to map things out in small or standard size, but eventually, I will get around to increasing map size as larger maps allow for greater terrain accuracy. @Petiscator: Thanks for the compliment! And I've actually been...

    Yucatan 2016-10-05

v1.0 [7.18.2013] Size: 65 x 65 Description: Can you survive in the untamed wilderness that is the homeland of the mysterious Maya? Jungles and forests are the dominant features on this map, so going somewhere by land will be very time-consuming and fraught with danger. Notes: I had...
