the plutonium (ok uranium in civ 4) is required for
the 1.21 giga watts of electricity.
unless of course you discovered mr. fusion.

I dont' know if anyone has noticed. Mr. Managlese or whomever, posted about 6 pages ago that he got his game working and is now playing it. Saying someone else would have to take up the fight. Well fight done, get playing, or get wishing you had the game
