I find Spain pretty easy to play as because I beeline for Astronomy [all the while making troops & settlers] and as soon as I get it I load my ships with my spare units and go to colonise South Africa. After i've settled South Africa quite nicely I tend to go for Australia and colonise there...

I just move my armies or my navy into their borders.

The plague isn't as bad as it used to be - i've had games [not in the current version] where i've had nothing left, but it was an extra challenge. I think the balance in the new version is really good; its not too powerful yet its still strong enough to be effective.

It might be too slow to do so, and I don't think they'd add much. From my experience, the world map is already full enough!

Well I left sixth form a few weeks ago, we don't 'graduate' here in the UK :) We also count it from the year we started Secondary School, so i'm Class of 00 xD

No, I don't think so - the way they tought it in our school was in a way that basically said 'Feel free to have sex, if you're over 16, its your right - just remember the consequences' etc. and because of that nobody in our school has ever got pregnant.
