It depends... Sometimes it's fun to see Civ II in a different point of view, such as a pure militaristic game. So i don't have to worry about the space race which is extremely tense. But i normally incorporate bloodlust into my Alpha Centauri space game, space race, module victory thingy...

Do you make up a fictional civilization or play with real ones? For instance I create weird names for my civs for a touch originality and imagination. This includes cities, titles. ruler names everything. Any input?
