I find leaving the game after saving and reloading the game fixes it. I assume the problem is gaining a new city, a new city state, or one is conquered and that messes up the list somehow.

Post update i think Canada is in a really strong position now with the insane yields it can get from tundras. But overall, do you think Russia is better for the tundra?

Thanks for the reply! I noticed the coast of Anatolia has been mostly left alone by the ottomans. I have another question, if I move my capital will my previous city still have the palace? And if it does does that mean autocracy would get better and better after each capital move?

Phoenician on Mediterranean true start location, on marathon. I love the ancient/classical era of civ so this map really itches my classical era scratch. So I’m gonna try to conquer Rome as Carthage this time lol. I’m really not sure of a good win condition for Carthage though, any advice?

I don’t think so, though leaving to the main menu does fix itself as long as you don’t add any more cities :dunno:
