Are the civilisation in fixed position or is it randomly?

Sid Meier's Civilization 6 - version 1.0.0.26 (221715)

I'm trying installing this mod. On the Advanced Setup under Maps, there're only standard sized maps like medium and huge. Shoouldnt there be like Greatest Earth Map, Giant Earth ect on the list or am I missing something?

I just bought the complete version of the game and trying to understand it - but at the moment Im getting my arse kicked by the Zulu empire :lol: So I needed a little help :)
