Like the title says, when playing and assigning Merchants to cities, the transition from the Merchant to the selected settlement causes a lag spike, sometimes resulting in a CTD.
I've been running into issues where I build Rail Stations and Iron Works in all my cities and towns and the option to build factories rarely appears. Am I doing something wrong and would better placement info for the prereqs and the factories themselves be a useful mod?
