Same with me. No apparent reason. Reloaded from a few rounds before and played it again, but the result remains unchanged. Same turn, same lockup. 1050 AD on Epic speed.
They used chariots in Japan? I thought they only had a full total of 1 - read ONE - carriage for their emperor and the rest was either only for cargo transport or without wheels.
Or maybe I just watched the wrong movies.
I usually like to take things the whole way, as long as the amount of required work doesn't grow disproportionally large.
So...Alas, decay it was supposed to be! Certain data storage buildings to slow it down, and something akin to the 'stability'-concept from Rhye's and Fall to influence it...
