Do they stack for getting great generals? I realize great generals are spawned by getting experience from combat and not a bar that fills in the city, but I wasn't sure if this means you get triple experience for great general generation or just the normal double.

Always just lurked around the Civ 4 boards, but when I noticed this I had to sign up and toss my name in the hat. Here's hoping!
