It said their score was 43. I assume that means they thought they were winning? While I realize I can probably defend myself against Carthage without hurting my war against Poland too much, I just thought it strange they wouldn't accept my peace overtures when seemingly losing so badly.

Playing as Shoshone and am at war for quite some time with Poland, after they declared war on me. After some give and take and back and forth I eventually took two of their 5 cities and am marching towards two others. I decide to stop because Carthage on my southern border appears to be massing...

Is there a reason in this version why some of my units can heal while others cannot? Is there something I missed? Does a city need a barracks, for example, to heal units?

I would completely support this if the +1 gold per tile was transferred to harbors. It would make harbors more worth building, and you wouldn't be "taking" anything away from anything. Just "restructuring".

I have the 12/18 version using the beta installer as well.

I just played to turn 217 tonight with zero problems with the new version. :)

I am still getting the exact same error popup: Unable to Load Texture [expansion2-32.dds] Please note it is _not_ expansion2_promotion32.dds

I get the following error message right off the bat and it keeps coming up repeatedly: Unable to Load Texture [expansion2-32.dds]

I do not use RAS, either. As I said, I had _only_ CP and CBP active.

Is it intentional that the Shoshone no longer start with a pathfinder but a warrior? And they no longer can choose which gift they get from goody guts? If this is intentional I would have to revert back to the 9/21 version, as this kills the game for me (I obviously play as the Shoshone a lot).

I, too, am getting this "offer". Like every few turns with the 6-2 update.
