Would it be possible to change max population to something else than 2147483647. 2.1 billion is clearly too low for a mod like this. One continent is enough to surpass this and it makes me mad that I can't see my real population in demographic screen or anywhere else. It takes a lot of fun out...

You need something else to produce steel from coal and iron. There is this national wonder called iron works ( I think ) and it produces steel. Steel mill also produces steel. Just build either one and then you can start building railroads.
