Thanks all for the reply, i assume this word mean something like 'at your service', anyway sounds more like a name than a phrase.

I don't know the exact spelling of this word, but if you pick Saladino (arabs) you can listen your units saying 'hammuru kassaidi'. Anyone know the exact meaning of this word?

To be correct his name is Hammuru Kassaidi, with his brother Jerome Kassaidi, usually infantry units, Inquisitor Toth is the heretic purger chivalry unit, also some civilian come after them, like 'a strange fast worker' or 'the tax collector' to assist the rise of the empire.
