It is still not too late to switch to the winning side, or even neutral with Open Borders (tho U would miss picking up some Persian cities in the former Arabia). In addition to more naval units moving in from the W Med Sea, U will see the Afrika Korp is on your western border with more to come. Even if they can't take a city right away, they will pillage your lands & cut your trade routes (as have already started with desert roads).
What can i do to help U decide?
