When I first looked at it, my impression is that the bar is how much longer it is going to take to train the Expert Silver Miner. This could make sense if each village has different specialties and some take longer to train than others. I don't think they'll just be sending you units.

This scenario/map always starts me in southern Florida. Is there any way to change it so that I have a more randomized starting position. Its a good map, except starting in the jungle and surrounded by water in a mostly land map isn't much fun.

I understand the functions of it, but how do I actually go and use the functions. I have been elected as Pope and I've looked under each of the buttons on the screen and in the city where the AP was built. However, I can not find anyway to make resolutions. Is my game screwed up? Can anyone...

I have noticed that when I have extras of a resource (rice, pig, etc) inside my cultural borders but outside the city crosses, the automated workers will go and build a fort on top of them instead of connecting them as a resource I can trade to other civilizations.

In each of the games I've played, I am not getting the line of sight on the cities that have the religion I founded and am running as my state religion. Each of these games has been advanced start and choose your own religion. Anyone else having this problem?
