(NOT A BUG) No Religion Line of Sight

In each of the games I've played, I am not getting the line of sight on the cities that have the religion I founded and am running as my state religion. Each of these games has been advanced start and choose your own religion. Anyone else having this problem?

Working as intended. You are supposed to use Espionage for this benefit now.

It makes more sense as well. If you have a good spy program, you should be able to see in a city.

Yep - this is a change. Spend more on espionage, and you see cities even without the state religion.
