Can someone tell me the stats for the scenario-only governments in Civ3 Conquests

At the start of the game, I always become surprisingly rich with despotism, but when I switch to republic, It goes all the way down to -20 gold per turn!!! :shakehead

The things I change are: 1-civilizations/tribes (e.g. names and traits) 2-advances (science and that) 3-units (e.g. changing their names and abilities) :thanx:

whenever I edit civilizations or units, etc. on the original civ3edit (without the expansions) I try them out on civ3 and it keeps crashing! I'll go crazy!!! :crazyeye:

The Original version of civ3edit keeps crashing - how can I make it stop??? :mad:

I'm a half-newbie too and only have civ 3 without the expansions. Why does civ3edit keep making my home-made scenarios crash?

I just bought Civilization 3 without the add-ons for 4 quid (bargain! :D ) But whenever I try to edit the game on Civ3Edit and I try my new scenario out, it keeps crashing :mad: how can I stop this from happening?

Is there any difference between Tribal Council and Despotism?
