I am playing a multiplayer game and we have just received Guerials and Infatries. Therefore we flattered USA except the one of their cities settled on ...WATER!!!! Just look at it!!!!! Conquests latest patch

I'll assume you meant flattened

For one tile island based cities, marines do the trick, and bombardments.

Yep, in my current game, I have 2 civs on 1 tile islands. I believe the only other unit that can do amphibious assaults are the Viking special unit.

If you make any temporary peace treaties remember to ask for any one tile island cities you know of. You can't take them by force before you get marines and they probably won't be expensive since one tile island cities is almost always low populated and bad aconomically developed.
Remember to ask before you destroy all other cities because they can't give away their capital.

It is not hard to spell when school starts soon, it may be that you do not want to take the time to spell, but spelling isn't any more difficult because I must go outside in 5 minutes, or off to the store in 20. It is all relative to your willingness to take time to spell it correctly.
