I think they also have a hats or masks requirement in the city. Also, for some reason, they are not available if espionage is turned off.

Toffer90, Has this been turned off on the later versions of the SVN? If so, it means that some of the Cultures like Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand and America (do they have a culture :p) cannot now be built since they require two native cultures. Even turning it back on via World...

SVN 9199. Interesting feature, Barb Civs are only spawning on Ice tiles currently? I can't remember this happening before.

SVN 9201. I am not getting Anarchy on Civic Changes (and I am not in a Golden Age). Also, a typo on an English City. Luton is spelt Lutton in the XML.

For the scoreboard being like that, doesn't clicking on it (or just below it) expand it? I've had this issue before of the minimised scoreboard when I've tried to click on the circular pop ups that appear at the start of a turn in that section of the screen.

Can I please ask a favour of whoever is in charge of the handicap files; can you please add GOODY_TRIBE as a Goody Type, above the GOODY_SETTLER for the first couple of handicap levels (Settler and Chieftain)? It will help those new to the game.

Given the save game issues, I am trying to update to SVN9123. Using Tortoise SVN, my Working Copy folder and log state the current revision is 9123, however when I transfer these files into the game, and hover over the flag in game, it is quoting build 9089. Am I doing something silly?
