news on steam says the DLL has been released in a patch now since civ5 is on the steam workshop btw really looking forward to this!

yay! its fixed all I had to do was rename the folder PrivateMaps to PublicMaps. thanks for the help.

the folders in there are Assets, PrivateMaps and Resource as well as a config setting file named RFC Classical World. this sounds correct to me. is there a special way i'm supposed to access the mod? do I put the mod folder inside the RFC folder or just in the beyond the sword mod folder?
