I've tried reformatting my laptop, re-installing graphic drivers, re-installing the game, but the error still persists. I can run Civ V just fine without these glitches happening. Is my graphic card too old? All sorts of help is appreciated! Please see enclosed http://imgur.com/a/E7Ezy...
