I started a game as Washington the other day. My warrior started on a square next to a scout. I could not believe it, within 2 turns I had defeated a nation. Has anyone else had this happen?

If you are not a big fan of having your cities and improvements rapped Great Wall is amazing. Pyramids are nice, engineers are good, especially early on IMO. Plus going to representation early is nice. If you have your tech tree set right Oracle can be pretty nice. Best Bang for buck is...

I used the shift cache clear, it worked once. Now it wont. I cannot find the cache to manually clear it either as I do not have a my games folder. Any clue?

I think it would be pretty hard to implement realistic weather change like that. Also, what about cities flooding?
