BtS wont start

Just re-installed Civ on my PC. Installed vanilla, then warlords, then BtS. Now the game will not start. It freezes at the first load menu, the one with multiple languages saying loading. Then an error report comes up. Any idea what this might be?

It should also be noted that I can still use my Warlords version.
